About me
My journey with photography began back in elementary school when I received my very first camera. Back then, it was all about the simple joy of capturing a moment in "Auto" mode. By the time I reached my freshman year of high school, I found myself wanting more control over the final image. I began diving into manual settings, experimenting with everything from low-light astrophotography and capturing the moon to freezing fast-paced action. That period of trial and error taught me exactly how light, motion, and shutter speed work together to create a compelling shot.
My true passion for sports photography sparked completely by accident in June 2023, while I was photographing my younger cousin’s baseball game. That experience motivated me to start heading to the park near my house, where I would spend hours refining my settings and tracking the action on the field.
Today, my process is a constant study of the environment. I am always looking at how light hits my subjects and experimenting with new angles to find the most impactful perspective. Whether I’m behind the lens at a tournament or out in the field, I’m focused on capturing the grit and energy of the game in every frame.
